The Beginning Of The Infinite Canvas
I first came up with the idea of a community art project back in 2020. At that time, I launched it on Instagram but didn’t have enough time to continue developing it.
Now I’m ready to give it a fresh start – and this time, the project will take place on TikTok.
About the Project
Infinite Canvas revolves around using the TikTok Thumbnails to create a large, cohesive piece of art. Each artist contributes their own image in their unique style, and they are encouraged to include a signature on their work. It’s perfectly fine if the transitions between frames aren’t 100% perfect; those slight imperfections can add character to the overall piece.
- Collaborate with artists worldwide – digital or traditional mediums are welcome.
- Express yourself in any style you desire, from abstract to realistic.
- Feel free to record or showcase your process (optional but highly appreciated).
Customization & Requirements
We will personally go over the formatting and structural requirements with you (such as aspect ratio) so that your piece fits seamlessly into our TikTok feed. As for your art style, you have total freedom! Of course, if you’d like feedback or guidance, we’re happy to brainstorm ideas together.
TikTok is a platform where you need to grab attention quickly, so you’re welcome to create a short video that highlights how you paint or design your piece for Infinite Canvas. However, making a video is entirely optional. If you prefer not to record, we can use a picture-to-video AI to animate your image from a single snapshot.
